Josh Duggar was accused by his father, Jim Bob Duggar, on May 21st, 2015, of molestation of five minor girls while he was 14 to 15 years old between 2002 and 2003. Four out of the five girls were his sisters.

He was a member of the Ashley Madison website, and his credit card information showed that he paid for two Ashley Madison subscriptions, as well as admitting to watching pornography on the internet and cheating on his wife.

Danica Dillon, a pornographic actress, claimed and welcomed the charge against Josh and launched a lawsuit against him in the same year. He was accused of abusing her and inflicting physical and emotional harm on her.

This happened while she was filming a consensual sex episode in a Philadelphia strip club and gave Duggar a $600 lap dance. When the facts were all against her charges and it was discovered that he was not in Philadelphia at the time of the alleged assault, she abandoned the complaint in 2016.

Furthermore, on April 29, 2021, he was detained by the US Marshals on federal accusations of receiving and possessing child pornography of minors under the age of 12.

On May 5th, he was granted conditional bail to live in a place with no minors.

His internet connection privileges were revoked. The date of his trial has been set on July 6th. If he is proven guilty, he may face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
