Fualaau and Audrey’s mother died of colon cancer on July 6, 2020, just outside Seattle, Washington, USA.

According to a long-time friend and attorney, Kay had been in hospice care for the past month, and Vili had been by her side, helping to care for her.

Fualaau previously revealed Letourneau’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis on Instagram, captioning a photo of himself wearing a medical mask “Praying for a miracle.”
