Children of British chef and restaurateur Adam Handling have been a big issue in the culinary world. Adam was born in Dundee and began his culinary education at Scotland’s famed Gleneagles Hotel.
He has since worked in a variety of kitchens throughout the UK, notably as a sous-chef at the Malmaison Hotel in Newcastle, head chef at the Fairmont St. Andrews, and head chef at the St. Ermin’s Hotel in St. James’ Park, London.

Adam and Jenny appear to have divorced, as Adam stated on Instagram that
he couldn’t spend as much time with his son because he lives with his mother
and that Adam will meet Oliver on weekends for their short vacation to Disney.
How Did Adam Handling Rose Achieve Notoriety?
Adam grew up with very tight regulations since his father, a Sergeant Major at the time,
was stern, but after his father retired, he turned gentle, and he was free with his mother.
His mother was the first to tell him that he could do whatever he wanted if he got into a high-end establishment, so in order to avoid school,
he went straight to his teacher and looked for a prestigious hotel.
He obtained the job as a chef after 5 months of trying.
Adam was recognized on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013 at the age of 25.
Adam’s eating philosophy is oriented toward sustainability,
With a special emphasis on reducing food waste.
In constructing his main locations, The Frog Restaurant and Eve Bar in Covent Garden, he has totally committed himself to this concept.
Adam Handling Restaurant Group was created in 2016, and Adam went on to build The Loch and the Tyne in the
Old Windsor countryside before establishing Ugly Butterfly in St. Ives on the beautiful Cornish coast.
Adam has garnered numerous awards, including Scottish Chef of the Year,
Chef of the Year from the British Culinary Federation, and Chef of the Year from the Food & Travel Awards.
Adam was the youngest member of The Caterer’s “30 under 30 to watch” list at the 2013 Acorn Awards.
Adam was recently named Restaurateur of the Year at the British GQ Food and Drink Awards 2020,
which were chosen by a jury of prominent industry experts and the general public.
In the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland 2022, the chef’s Covent Garden restaurant gained a Michelin star.
