She is the ex-wife of Tim Mynett, a political adviser and strategist. Beth received her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. She then finished her residency at the University Medical Center and Veterans Administration in Tucson, Arizona.
Mynett, on the other hand, graduated from the State University of Albany with a degree in Political Science. He is currently an active partner with the E Street Group, where he works with politicians to provide high-level expertise while building strategic strategies and services.

Beth Jordan Mynett and Tim Mynett married in 2012 after six years of living together. Both the couple married because they already had a child together before things became formal.
Beth was 25 at the time, and Tim was 42 at the time, when they welcomed their son in February 2006.
The pair continued to live together as usual, but Jordan supposedly insisted on marriage and threatened to have her Mynett evicted. He consented to marry Beth in order to be with his stepdaughter and son.
