I meant to post about mental health awareness week last week, but I was swamped with work. And some days it’s difficult to express how you feel when you’re not in the right place. I’ve been in a strange spot for the last few weeks… It’s difficult for me to talk about it… I believe it’s the stress of life… and when I sought out to someone, they stated I was depleting. This, I believe, is why some individuals keep their emotions to themselves. I despise talking about my emotions. And my greatest worry is becoming a burden…. I’m fortunate to be able to pick myself up when things are bad. But what if someone is unable to? Be courteous to others. You never know what’s going to happen. Ever.
With all of this, it appears like she had a difficult day for a long time, and she had no one on her side when everything went wrong all the time, and she committed suicide as a result.
Furthermore, some of her coworkers paid tribute by sharing some thoughts with her. Davina McCall, a well-known television presenter, wrote this;
I have no idea what to say. But my heart goes out to her friends and family x I might be a little silent on social media tonight… just doesn’t seem right.”
