She also filed a sexual assault complaint against Labrie, and he was sentenced to prison in North Hampshire for more than two months.
Eventually in March 2018, her family resolves the issue with the school authorities, and the school teacher gets detained in the process.
Chessy has now published her book, ‘I Have The Right To A High School Survivor’s Tale of Sexual Assault, Justice, and Hope,’ in which she summarizes all of the instances that happened to her.
