Dominique Easley was born in Staten Island, New York, on February 24, 1992, to a Haitian mother named Carine Easley. David Easley is his father.

The talented footballer attended Curtis High School in Staten Island, where he participated in track and field and also played football.

Following graduation, he enrolled at the University of Florida, where he also established a track & field career as a junior.

Dominique Easley began his professional football career in 2014 when he was selected by the New England Patriots in the first round (29th overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft. On June 23, 2014, he signed a four-year contract with the team worth $7.3 million.

The footballer made his debut against the Miami Dolphins on September 7, 2014, and was placed on injured reserve by his team on December 17.
