Cohen and her husband have four daughters and live a happy married life. Tal Cohen, an Israeli-born entrepreneur, is her husband.

He is the founder of ClickFox, a Customer Behaviour Intelligence software company, as well as an adjunct professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

The couple had four daughters, about whom little is known.

Elizabeth joined the social networking platform Twitter in January 2009, and as of 2021, she has amassed over 22k followers.
