With his friends, he also formed the music collective 800 Foreign Side. A year later, in 2014, he had the opportunity to collaborate with Gino Montana on the single “Like Some Stars.”

Following his mother’s death in 2018, he began to take his music career more seriously, appearing in songs such as Gimme Dat with Jay Dee and Act Out with Alshawn Martin.

His debut EP Pain and Love was released under the record label Foreignside Records in 2019, and it was a watershed moment for him.

Following that, Fivio was presented with a slew of new opportunities. In 2019, he performed alongside Juice WRLD at the Rolling Loud Festival in New York.

Fivio founded his own non-profit organization, Foreignside Foundation, with the goal of providing resources and programs for the homeless, at-risk youths, and former and current gang members.

He established this foundation in loving memory of his mother, who was passionate about giving back to the community. His new mixtape, 800 B.C., features artists like Meek Mill, Quavo, Lil Baby, and Lil Tjay.
