Fans were startled to learn that Robin Arzon’s spouse is pregnant when she shared the news. People know Robin Arzón, a.k.a. @robinNYC, as a New York Times bestselling book, an Adidas brand ambassador, a ferocious Peloton instructor, and the company’s vice president of fitness programming.

After leaving behind a successful legal career to pursue new adventures in the health and wellness sector, she boldly re-invented herself as an active ultra-marathon runner and worldwide fitness leader.

Robin has run 27 marathons and several ultramarathons, including five marathons in five days to benefit MS research.

Arzón claims she is in high spirits and that her entire family,

including her 22-month-old daughter Athena, is ecstatic about the approaching birth of a new member.

After learning of the pregnancy, the author of Strong Mama,

whose follow-up picture book Strong Baby will be out next month, claims she surprised her husband with the wonderful news.

The trainer, who previously discussed her decision to workout while pregnant with Athena,

tells PEOPLE that she aims to be active throughout her pregnancy to refute the idea that pregnant women have fewer alternatives for fitness.

Robin Arzon has recovered from diabetes.

Robin Arzón was 32 years old and had just signed a contract with Peloton

when she discovered she had Type 1 diabetes. Arzón, a vegan and avid exerciser, was taken aback.

Juvenile diabetes, commonly known as type 1 diabetes, is a disorder that occurs when the pancreas,

which controls blood sugar levels, stops producing insulin.

The good news is that, as Arzón has proved, despite the disability, it is possible to live a happy and healthy life.

Laura Leighton and her husband Doug Savant have two children, Lucy Jane Leighton and Jack Douglas Savant.

Arzón’s symptoms were increased thirst, frequent urination, and weariness,

although she didn’t seem very bothered about them.

She claimed that she had recently returned from a vacation to India to see her sister

and assumed she was suffering from jet lag. Arzón’s mother, a doctor,

suspected there was more and recommended her daughter to schedule blood work.

What Happened to Robin Arzon After Her Near-Death Experience?

Arzón had a scary close call with death that forever changed her perspective on life.

She revealed that when she was 20, she experienced a life-or-death encounter.

She has lived every day to the fullest since being kidnapped at knifepoint.

When Arzón was a junior at NYU in 2002, she decided to meet up with some pals at a bar in New York City’s East Village.

According to the New York Times, an AIDS sufferer walked out on the streets that night with three guns,

a sword, and kerosene, declaring his goal to commit as many murders as he could before dying.

Was able to flee and enter the modest wine bar where Arzón had previously

stopped for a drink after being shot in the torso.

Sadly, the shooter continued, murdering the young man with a single round.

He then threatened to set fire to them all while dousing them in kerosene.

The horrifying meeting would have uprooted anyone’s life, but Arzón says she persevered and pursued the legal career she had always desired.
