The South African star appeared alongside a football legend in the well-known Coca-Cola commercial in 1991, giving him his first break in the industry.

However, Jub filed an appeal on February 7, 2014, and the Johannesburg court reduced his initial charges against him to culpable homicide.

Following these, their sentence was lowered from 25 years to 10 years.

After serving four years in prison, Jub was granted parole on January 5, 2017, and his friend was granted parole the same day.
