Nabiha Akkari began her career as an actress, beginning with advertising campaigns. In 2006, she performed her role in a studio theater in Charenton, and then in a theater in Stains, where Michel Garneau gave her the center stage to play Quatre à Quatre.
She later played for Avignon. In terms of film appearances, she has appeared in comedies alongside Geraldine Nakache in Nous York and Lambert Wilson and Franck Dubosc in Barbecue.
She landed a leading role in Italy in 2010 while filming for Che Bella Giornata. The film made history as it was released in theaters and opened in a number of Italian cinemas.

Nabiha founded the rock band Hulawhy in 2008, for which she also performed. She wrote 12 duos in total. Later in 2010, the group was discovered on Myspace by Platinum Records, who later signed the duo to EP.
