He was drawn to her because she reminded him of his ex-wife, Amy when they first met in treatment in 2009.

Aspin recounts their first meeting, she said she showed him some old photos of herself.

He also mentioned a few times that he had Amy’s appearance.

With Amy’s divorce, things clearly worked out in her ex’s favor. Since then, they’ve maintained a strong bond.
