He is best known for his role in the 2007 series Heartland where he plays the recurring character of Jack Bartlett. Shaun Johnston was born on September 9, 1958, in Edmonton, Canada. As a star in the 2007 television movie Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, he starred alongside Anna Paquin, August Schellenberg, Aidan Quinn, and Colm Feore. With a passion for acting at a young age, he trained for several years before earning his first role as Jerry in the 1990 film Blood Clan. Since then, he has gone on to star in several more roles, each with more recognition than the last.
