Sang-Yoon Lee (2016–2017) – In 2016, it was made public that Uee had a romantic relationship with actor Lee Sang-Yoon.

The pair split up the next year, though.

2017’s Kangnam After the Korean website Dispatch published images of them on a date in Apgujeong, it was rumored that Uee was dating Japanese singer and television personality Kangnam.
