On April 16, 1994, he was born William Vincent Fuller V in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Fuller had an outstanding senior year in 2012, with eight touchdowns and 57 receptions for 932 yards, earning him the MVP of the Philadelphia Catholic League 4A. Rivals.com ranked him as the 19th best wide receiver prospect in his class and a four-star recruit.

In June 2012, Fuller committed to Coach Bill O’Brien of Penn State University for his college career, but later changed his mind and chose the Notre Dame Fighting Irish instead.

He attributed his change of heart to Notre Dame Players’ high academic standards and a 98 percent graduation rate.

Fuller averaged 26.6 yards per catch and 160 receiving yards as a freshman at Notre Dame. The following year, he had his breakout season for the Irish, totaling 15 touchdowns and 76 receptions for 1,094 yards.

Following his outstanding performance, Sports Illustrated named him an All-American honorable mention.

He had 14 touchdowns and 62 receptions for 1,258 yards as a junior and was named to the Associated Press All-American second team.

His outstanding junior year enabled him to declare for the 2016 draft, foregoing his senior year at Notre Dame.

Will Fuller, a 2016 NFL draft prospect, competed in the 2016 National Football League Scouting Combine, finishing first among wide receivers with a 40-yard dash time of 4.32 seconds.

He was selected by the Houston Texans as the 21st overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He was the second wide receiver drafted, following Corey Coleman, who was chosen by the Cleveland Browns.

In his first professional career regular-season opener against the Chicago Bears in September 2016, Fuller recorded a touchdown and five receptions for 107 yards.
