Sub-inspector Chunnu Mia oversaw the entire inquiry, and he filed a petition to hold Raima’s husband and his friend for ten days.
Earlier in 2021, rumors and conjecture circulated that Raima was dating well-known Bangladeshi actor Zayed Khan.
Zayed Khan, on the other hand, stated at the time that he had not been in communication with Raima for the past two years and that everything was a plan against him.
Because the Murdered case was solved so quickly, Dhaka’s Senior Judicial Magistrate Rabeya Begum remanded Shakhawat and his friend in custody for three days of questioning.
Raima was murdered between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. on January 16th, 2022, due to marital problems and an incident with Shakhawa Ali, according to the investigating officer.
