Matt Leinart – Professional Career

In the 2006 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals selected Leinart in the first round with the tenth overall choice. 

With 405 throwing yards, he set an NFL rookie record. 

In his rookie season, he got quarterback ratings of 74 in November.

 For the 2007 season, he started as quarterback.

Leinart, on the other hand, fractured his left collarbone after being released by St. Louis Rams linebacker Will Witherspoon and was placed on injured reserve.

 After recuperating from injuries, Leinart played as a starting quarterback in the 2008 offseason.

 Kurt Warner reclaimed him after he was unable to perform well.
