Soon after her graduation, Alice began working for the WBGO radio station in New Jersey, following which she joined WABC commercial talk radio station, but where she lasted less than half a year, before joining Air America Satellite Radio – both in New York City.
She subsequently went to work for News 12 New Jersey where she lasted for eight years, then moved back to New York to work for WNYW Fox 5, while also appearing on CNN, Fox Business Happy Hour, and Fox News Chanel.
