Ashley Nell Tipton was born on June 25, 1991, in San Diego, CA. She was able to meet her idol, Kelly Osbourne, through Project Runway. As a child, she would make clothes for her Barbies and at seven years old learned to sew on her grandmother’s sewing machine.
