He was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2017 and succumbed to the disease in May of 2018. Billy Fourquet was born on October 17, 1960, in Puerto Rico. He co-hosted with longtime partner Roque Jose Gallart Ortiz (Rocky the Kid).
