Bo Burnham Creates One Hour of Unused Netflix Material
It’s a good day for fans of American musician and comedian Bo Burnham,
who has released more than an hour of unused material from his Netflix special titled Inside.
His fans immediately wondered if something new was on the way,
given it was the first anniversary of Burnham’s Inside, which was released on May 30, 2021.
A little more than an hour later, the musician tweeted again.
“A year ago today, I released a special called Inside,” he said.
I’ve spent the last two months assembling footage that I recorded for the special but didn’t use.”
At the end of his tweet, he stated that the unused content would be
available one hour later on his self-titled YouTube channel.
“I hope you appreciate it,” he said at the end.
He then went on to distribute the unused elements from his 2021 Netflix special, as promised.
And fans were astounded to hear how much footage was left out of the final cut of his Netflix special.
To put it another way, Burnham had posted one hour, three minutes,
and thirteen seconds of unused content on his YouTube account, including music,
jokes, and video that he didn’t use in the first cut of his Netflix special.
His unused materials were labeled ‘THE INSIDE OUTTAKES.’
Furthermore, he stated in the video description that the footage was originally shot from March 2020 to May 2021,
and he began editing the unusable materials from April 2022 to May 2022.
Burnham’s admirers have taken to the video’s comment section to express
their gratitude to the singer and comedian for his ongoing attempts to make his fans happy.

Inside is an American special that may be considered Burnham’s offspring.
He wrote, directed, filmed, edited, acted, and did a variety of other things for it.
It will be available on Netflix on May 30, 2021.
Inside was shot in Burnham’s Los Angeles guest house during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, without the assistance of a crew or the presence of an audience.
In that Netflix special, the 31-year-old Hamilton native shared several songs as well as many other things.
And for it, he won three Creative Arts Emmys.
