He wasn’t, however. He reappeared on social media in 2019 as a changed man. He claimed to be drug-free and intended to take music seriously, even changing his stage name to John Gabbana.

The shift in mindset, on the other hand, wouldn’t stay long. In July of that year, he attempted yet another act of hooliganism.

Boonk suffered a shattered lower jaw and lost a few teeth as a result of the incident. It was not, however, his first contact with a life-threatening situation. On his Instagram feed, Boonk shared a photo with the message,

He created and performed his own tunes. Tee Grizzley, YFN Lucci, and Tripple Redd are among Boonk’s initial musical influences.
