Brian Banks married Emmy Marino in May 2015, however, the marriage ended in divorce in February 2017.
In his personal life, he was accused of rape by a classmate, Wanetta Gibson, in 2002.
As a result of this behavior, he was dismissed from school and faced a prison sentence ranging from 41 years to life.
As a result, he accepted a plea bargain that included six years in prison, six years of probation, and even sex offender registration.
Brian took a plea bargain based on the recommendation of his counsel.
