Carol Higgins Clark, the acclaimed author, and actress, died recently, according to the news.  Carol Higgins Clark, the self-proclaimed writer, died on June 12, 2023, at the age of 66, in Los Angeles. Her death was linked to appendix cancer, according to her family’s statement to The New York Times. Carol Higgins Clark collaborated on several novels with her late mother, Mary Higgins Clark, in addition to her successful solo literary career.

Carol Higgins Clark’s Regan Reilly series, which followed the adventures of private investigator Regan Reilly, was one of her most renowned accomplishments.

Decked stood out among her successful novels, getting nominations for the Agatha Award and the Anthony Award for Best First Novel in 1992.

Carol Clark, born on July 28, 1956, was the daughter of bestselling author Mary Higgins Clark.

Warren F. Clark was her father’s name.

Carol co-wrote several Christmas novels with her mother.

She was also the sister-in-law of another well-known author, Mary Jane Clark.

Her loving mother, Mary, died in 2020 at the age of 92.

Carol’s father died many years ago as well.

Carol died on June 12, 2023, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she had been receiving treatment for appendix cancer.
