Norjuma Habib Mohamed was declared bankrupt by the Penang High Court after she failed to fulfill an RM260,400 debt to Fame Up Entertainment.
After hearing the creditor’s petition submitted in October 2021,
Deputy Registrar Siti Zulaikha Nordin recorded the bankruptcy order against the famous entrepreneur.
According to court documents, Fame Up Entertainment filed for bankruptcy against
Norjuma after she failed to pay the amount ordered by the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Norjuma Habib Mohamed was declared bankrupt by the Penang High Court.
According to the firm’s lawyer, Muhammad Hassanuddin Roslan, two courts issued an arrest
order for Norjuma last year. He also stated that Norjuma had failed to appear in court for the third time.
The hearings in the Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam courts about Norjuma’s arrest warrant will continue.
