Dani enjoys the feel of saltwater in her hair and sand between her toes, and the mountains are calling her name now that she no longer lives there.

Dani is grateful for the opportunity to join Fox 13’s incredible team and to call beautiful Utah home. Dani is now eager to explore, ski, hike, and experience everything that makes Utah so unique.

She worked at WVLT-TV, a CBS affiliate based in Knoxville for three years before she left the station to join KUSI. Dani worked at WVLT-TV with Tony Bernhardt Jr, who later joined KUSI as an assistant news director.

Dani began working at KUSI on July 15, 2018. Dani eventually left KUSI and joined Fox13 in Salt Lake City. Uta is an AM traffic anchor as well as a midday weather anchor.

She began working at WVLT in 2016 and left after three years in 2018. Dani worked as a weather anchor for WVLT Local 8News.

Dani’s fans and followers were devastated when she announced her departure from the channel. Dani left the channel to pursue a better opportunity with KUSI in San Diego.

Her duties at the station included weekend reporter and weekend morning weather anchor. Dani joined the channel in May of this year.
