According to the attorney, investigations are still ongoing. It was agreed that the inquiry would begin at the suspect’s home immediately following the shooting.
The injured instructor was one of the eight victims. She has been released from the hospital with a grazing bullet wound.
Crumbley was 15 years old, according to Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald, who spoke at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
He is charged with four charges of first-degree murder, one crime of terrorism with the aim to kill, and seven counts of assault with the intent to murder.
He is also charged with possessing a handgun in the commission of a felony 12 times. The prosecutor indicated that more charges could be made against him.
The arraignment, in which he would wear the anti-suicide smock, would take place on December 1, 20221.

Victims of shooting Suspect
The victims killed on the day of the shooting were named 17-year-old Madisyn Baldwin, 16-year-old Tate Myre, 14-year-old Hana St. Juliana, and 17-year-old Justin Shilling.
The fourth victim died immediately following the shooting. “How many times will this happen?” Karen McDonald said during the news conference. We must do better.
According to her, the public has become less sensitive to school shootings. “What about those parents who said goodbye to their children on Tuesday morning, believing that their children would be safe at school?” she said.
They were all innocent, and she will seek justice for the victims.
She stated that she would speak about the ongoing debate over gun control. Crumbley posted about his conduct on social media.
He made threats and was planning a shootout. Crumbley’s bail was denied for the assault. Judge Nancy T. Carniak agreed to have the suspect transferred from Oakland County’s children’s village (where juvenile detentions are handled) to the county jail.
The suspect would be separated from the adults in the jail, according to the judge.
Charges Against Ethan Crumbley
The defendant sat peacefully during the arraignment while wearing a mask, telling the judge that he understood the allegations and the rights granted to him.
According to Assistant Prosecutor Attorney Keast, he (the suspect) could be seen on security film entering the bathroom with a rucksack and leaving with the gun in hand.
He pointed the rifle at the pupils within the classroom and didn’t get a chance to flee.
Keast, the prosecutor, stated that he had nothing to say regarding what occurred inside the school.
On the other hand, sheriff’s lieutenant Tim Wills informed the judge that he made threats on social media the day before that may be used as evidence.
Crumbley’s conduct, social media posts, and choice to bring the rifle into the school, according to Keast, all showed that it was all planned.
Crumbley, according to Keast, took the gun into the school with the goal of murdering as many students as he could.
