Glenn Taranto (born January 27, 1959) is a screenwriter and actor from the United States. On The New Addams Family, he played Gomez Addams, and in Mafia: Definitive Edition, he played Ennio Salieri. Glenn was born and raised in the state of New Jersey. From July 1981 to September 1992, he lived in Brooklyn, New York, and since October 1992, he has lived in Los Angeles.
Stolen (originally titled “The Boy In The Box”), Taranto’s first screenplay, starring Josh Lucas and Jon Hamm, was produced by A2 Entertainment and Code Entertainment and released in American theaters in 2010.
Taranto’s second screenplay, “3-Way Split,” is an action-heist comedy.
Taranto appeared as Don Ennio Salieri alongside Andrew Bongiorno and Jeremy Luke in the 2020 action-adventure video game Mafia: Definitive Edition, a remake of Illusion Softworks’ 2002 video game.
