An American businessman Bush Terminal Company was founded by Irving Bush, who led an amazing transportation base in South Brooklyn. Irving was in command of the vast Bush Terminal transportation, assembly, and warehousing facility in Sunset Park, New York City.

Despite his elderly age, President Irving Bush continued to work for the Bush Terminal Company until his death on October 21, 1948. He died at the age of 79 in New York City at St. Luke’s medical clinic while suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
