Jake was riding his bike in Heckmondwike when he was hit by a blue Mini Cooper sedan.

He died over the weekend, after fighting for his life in the hospital, according to a statement made by Jake’s old school, the Co-op Academy.

An occurrence occurred on February 23 at 1:25 p.m. A toddler was reportedly struck by a blue Mini Cooper saloon at the crossroads of Leeds Road and Muffit Lane in Heckmondwike.

The boy sustained severe head injuries and was transported to the hospital by emergency responders, but he died.

Unfortunately, not much information regarding the case had been made public as of the time this story was written because Jake’s family is grieving the loss of their kid.
