The sitcom was produced by Lamar Demon and Amy Sherman-Palladino and depicts the lives of a former ballet dancer. It launched on the ABC Family network in June 2011 but was discontinued after one season.
Following that setback, Julia made a guest-starring appearance as Morgan in the episode “The Bogeyman” of the CBS police procedural drama series “Blue Bloods” in 2014.
