Angle detailed his third fractured neck in a recent Kurt Angle Show podcast episode.

Angle re-injured his neck when working with Brock Lesnar in the latter half of 2003 due to the use of a steel chair.

The issue is that Brock smacked Chris Benoit and me with chairs that night.

Before the fight, he instructed Brock, “Hey, swing sideways on my head because I had neck surgery and I don’t want you to come over straight over the top.”
