Born Lee Min-young, she is a K-Pop singer, actress, and front-woman of the K-Pop girl group miss A. She is a star in South Korea and she also gained notoriety as the protege of rapper Lil Jon of The East Side Boyz. Lee was born on June 21, 1991 in South Korea. During her time training for JYP in the US, she was mentored by famed rapper Lil Jon, known for hits like “Yeah” with Usher and Ludacris , and “Snap Yo Fingers.” The songs of hers he oversaw were made available via her MySpace page.
