Mduduzi Edmund Tshabalala, or as he was better known, Mandoza, was an award-winning kwaito musician who released more than a dozen successful albums before his death at the hands of pharyngeal cancer in September 2016. Mandoza was born on January 19, 1978, in Johannesburg, South Africa. He was featured on the Tokollo Tshabalala single “It’s All Right I See U.” At sixteen he was charged with car theft and spent a year and a half in prison.
