“However, I believe there is no joy in sorrow,” Osmond continued.

She explained that the delight she was referring to is the capacity to look someone in the eyes and say, “I understand,” and have them know that she truly does.

She claimed that “one tablespoon” of the sauce per day maintains her in top shape.

According to Very Well Fit, the mustard seed has anti-cancer, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing properties.
