Sohan Jhaveri is an adolescent chef, entrepreneur, and proprietor of Denver-based artisanal baker and dessert company SoJo Kitchen & Co. Baker, the company’s founder and CEO, has always enjoyed baking and cooking.  Sohan Jhaveri received a lot of media attention after competing in the Kids Baking Championship Season 11 on Food Network. The show will premiere tonight, December 26, 2022.

During the current season, 12 exceptional child bakers will compete for the title of Kids Baking Champion as well as a large quantity of money.

This season’s hosts and judges are Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli.

According to his business website, Sohan studied and manufactured pastry favorites such as macarons, eclairs, other baked goods, and chocolates, motivated by his passion for studying traditional baking skills and chocolatier.

By incorporating odd flavors and mixes into his masterpieces, the youthful chef merges his love of baking with his South Asian and Indian background.

Jo Kitchen & Company was founded with the help of friends and family.

Sohan Jhaveri, 13, started the Company in the midst of the global epidemic in the summer of 2020.

As an artisan baker, Sohan makes everything in tiny amounts.

His pastries, bakery items, chocolates, macarons, and other treats are all masterfully produced and carefully chosen for their flavor, quality, and sweetness.

Sohan Jhaveri was born in 2009 and will be 13 in 2022.

The Colorado native was greeted by his mother, Neelima, and his father, the identity of whom was not revealed.

Sohan’s mother fully supports his company and ambitions.

In an interview, the teen baker’s mother said that it was all Sohan’s fault; he started watching YouTube videos and reading books.

He perused the Julia Child book that Neelima had given him.

Furthermore, Sohan is said to have been raised with his parents’ business-oriented attitudes.

During the same interview, the young chef mentioned baking and admiring his business-savvy parents at networking dinners.

Although Jhaveri’s mother has been his staunchest supporter, she chooses to remain out of the spotlight.

Her Instagram account is operational, but her photographs are private.

Sohan Jhaveri’s Journey: How He Made His Passion A Real Business

Sohan Jhaveri spent much of his childhood in the kitchen with his grandmother.

He began experimenting in the kitchen as a passionate baker after watching YouTube and reading Julia Child’s book.

Sohan finally mastered the macaron after several days in the kitchen.

The first batches were sold to his friends and family.

Following that, he began selling his things on Etsy, and his business grew.

Sohan currently sells macarons as well as other delicacies such as eclairs, cakes, cupcakes, chocolate, and more on his website.

Sohan also stated that he wants to be a member in order to promote his brand and business.
