In 1978, Biehn made his film debut as a supporting actor in the film adaptation of Grease.
In one scene, Biehn’s uncredited character is punched in the stomach while playing basketball by John Travolta’s character, Danny.
In 1981, he co-starred with Lauren Bacall in the film adaption of Bob Randall’s novel The Fan as stalker Douglas Breen.
