What is the net worth of Peter Rosenberg?

Looking at his activities at the two renowned radio stations, there is no doubt that Peter earns a mouth-watering salary that adds up to impressive net worth.

The American DJ and television host Peter Rosenberg is currently said to have a net worth of $600,000, which he earned through his years of hosting radio, television programs, and several other projects centered on the hip-hop industry.

He was born in Maryland to a Jewish Capitol Hill staffer father and a public-school teacher mother, who raised him alongside his siblings and sent him to Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School before enrolling at the University of Maryland.

Peter’s interest in hip-hop was sparked by his older brother, who was also a fan of the music genre.

He was also influenced by early 1990s hip hop songs such as DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince’s second single Parents Just Don’t Understand from their second album, He’s the DJ, I’m the Rapper.

Peter became involved in several underground hip-hop programs because he was more passionate about the music genre.

Even as a freshman at the University, he was a hit on a campus-wide program called From Dusk ‘Til Dawn.

This was his first on-air program, and it marked the start of his career as a radio host. At the time, his DJ name was “PMD,” which stood for “Peter From Maryland.”

Peter Rosenberg:  Professional Career

Following graduation, Peter Rosenberg was given more opportunities to work at various radio stations, including WJFK-FM, WPGC, and WHFS.

Working in these stations not only aided in the accumulation of his wealth, but also in the promotion of his name in the radio industry.

In the summer of 2007, Peter was hired by Ebro Darden of New York radio station Hot 97 (97.1 FM), who saw his online parody videos, as well as his DJ skills, as a plus.

Within a short time, he was a part of the station’s most-listened-to program, The Hot 97 Morning Show, which aired from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. and featured old and new artists and their music.

The program was hosted by Peter, Cipha Sounds (also known as Luis Diaz), and African-American DJ K. Foxx, and the three were dubbed the Black, the Rican, and the Jew—sometimes shortened to Black Rican Jew, with Peter as the “Jew.”

The program’s success prompted Peter to host his own show, Real Late With Rosenberg, on the same radio station.

Those who have had the opportunity to meet Peter Rosenberg in person will attest that he is no different from what he represents on air.

He is outspoken, witty, friendly, and occasionally caustic. In fact, when it comes to radio presentations, Peter is a standout personality.

Peter Rosenberg’s career with New York 98.7FM began while he was still employed by WQHT HOT 97 FM.

He agreed to join ESPN as a regular contributor to The Michael Kay Show, a New York life and pop culture show hosted by Michael Kay and Don La Greca that airs from 4 – 7 p.m. ET.

The Michael Kay Show, which airs weekdays from 3 – 7 p.m. on 98.7FM, has been on the air since 2002. Since February 2014, the show has also aired on the YES Network.

Peter has been able to contribute to a variety of topics by working for both 98.7 and HOT 97.

He’s also been able to provide listeners with a unique perspective not only on hip-hop, but also on sports, lifestyle, and a variety of other topics.

Peter co-hosts a hip-hop podcast called Juan Epstein and hosts national shows on ESPN Radio.

In addition, he would be hosting a professional wrestling podcast called Cheap Heat on ESPN’s affiliate Grantland.
