Orci began his career as a writer on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys with Kurtzman. 

The beginning was fantastic, and it led to them becoming writers and co-executive producers of another fantastic series, Xena: Warrior Princess. Prior to Star Trek, he collaborated with Kurtzman here as well. 

They also work with Star Trek producer and director J.J. Abrams on the television series Alias and the 2006 action film Mission: Impossible III.

The screenplays for 2005’s The Legend of Zorro were co-written by Orci and Kurtzman. 

Stuart Baird edited the piece, which also stars Mary Crosby. 

Music from James Horner and Michael Bay films has also contributed.
