What prompted Seraina Schonenberger’s spouse to sue Motley Crue?
Mars announced his retirement from performing in October 2022 due to persistent health difficulties, but the band confirmed the next day that John 5 had taken his place, confirming Mars’ total resignation the next week.
Mars later sued Motley Crue, saying that the band used the incident to force him out of the band he co-founded 41 years previously.
He told Rolling Stone that he covered for them when they wanted to go high and f**k things up, but now they’re trying to take away his heritage, portion of Motley Crue, ownership of the name, and brand.
He, on the other hand, will not let them.
“How can you fire Mr. Heinz from Heinz Ketchup?” he puzzled.
Similarly, he accused his former bandmate of hammering him since ’87’ in an attempt to replace him in an interview with Variety.
“I carried those bastards for years,” he told Variety.
He claims he was a founding member of the band and that his name is on it.
He came up with the name Motley Crue while establishing his band using money from a fan.
They pushed him for a long time because of his memories, which he described as “out-of-proportion crap,” he alleged.
He remembered visiting all of his doctors after they told him his memory was failing about 2012.
All of his doctors said there was nothing wrong with him.
Mars has stated that he plans to retire from touring because to his AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis), an inflammatory type of arthritis that mostly affects the spine and pelvis, which he was diagnosed with at the age of 17.
He has no difficulties remembering the songs or anything else, but he does have a problem with others telling him that he has lost his memory, which he claims is entirely wrong.
