Jonathon Tate Reeves (born June 5, 1974) is an American politician who is the 65th governor of Mississippi, having taken office in 2020. He also served as the state’s lieutenant governor from 2012 to 2020. He was formerly the Mississippi State Treasurer and a supporter of the Republican Party.

At the age of 23, he was the youngest state treasurer in the country when elected in 2003, and he was the first Republican to hold the position in Mississippi.

In the 2019 race, he was the Republican candidate for governor of Mississippi, defeating Democratic Attorney General Jim Hood.
