Federal agents began looking into the video that resembled Cassie Compton.
A young woman with battered eyes sat in the backseat of a car with two guys, according to the video. While the two men spoke, the girl stared at the camera.
“We are following up on the video and taking all investigative steps,” FBI officials stated in a statement, “but we cannot say anything further at this time.”
“We appreciate all of the Cassie Compton tips and information,” they wrote.

After many claimed the woman in the video was Haley Grace Philips, not Cassie Compton, Phillips’ cousin confirmed the story on her social media profile, writing that Phillips had been missing for several days.
Still, they hadn’t filed a missing person report because Haley had simply gone missing.
After a short time, Haley’s cousin thanked everyone for their worry and informed them that Phillips had been discovered and that she was well.
She posted a video with Phillip to confirm the news and show that she was well.
She said that Phillip was robbed rather than kidnapped and that this is how she obtained bruises.

While Haley Grace Phillips was found within a short time, Cassie Compton has yet to be found.
Cassie Compton went missing on September 14, 2014, after attending the Arkansas Country Demolition Derby in Dewitt with a family friend.
She arrived home from the demolition derby shortly before 7 p.m. and left a few minutes later.
She has not been seen since.
At the time of her disappearance, she was living with her mother, Judy Compton, and her fiancé, Brandon Lee Rhodes.
Cassie’s parents divorced some time ago, and her father, Roy Compton, was living in Oklahoma.
After Cassie was unable to locate them, notified the authorities on September 15.
Several investigations and physical searches have been place, but Cassie has yet to be discovered.
Judy and her son Chris Newcomb, according to KATV News, believe foul play in Cassi’s disappearance.
Judy and her husband Rhodes were suspected and believed to have done something.
Rhodes and Cassie’s relationship was strained at the time.
Detective Shawn Watson, who is investigating Cassie’s case, stated that the department is currently looking into any leads.
“New leads do not always imply new suspects,” he explained. All leads are being pursued, however, not all of them have aided our case.”
She believes foul play in Cassi’s disappearance.
