Vernon Kay is a well-dressed English television host and media personality. Kay is best known for hosting Channel 4’s T4 from 2000 until 2005. He has also hosted many television series for ITV. Kay also works as a radio DJ.

Kay began his television career as a co-host on Channel 4’s adolescent entertainment show T4 and Channel 5’s the Mag. Kay began hosting a primetime game show called All-Star Family Fortunes in 2006. It was announced in June 2015 that ITV would put the show on hold until 2017, but it did not return.

Vernon Charles Kay, sometimes known as Vernon Kay, was born on April 28, 1974, in Bolton, Greater Manchester, England. His father, Norman Kay, and mother, Gladys Kay, raised him. Stephen Kay, his younger brother, is a primary school teacher.

He attended St. Joseph’s RC High School in Horwich, near Bolton, as a student. Following that, he graduated from Manchester Polytechnic, now known as Manchester Metropolitan University, with a major in environmental science.

Vernon Kay married Helen Elizabeth, also known as Tess Daly, a model, novelist, and television personality, on September 12, 2003.

The pair married at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Horwich, which is in the county of Bolton. They share two kids, Phoebe Elizabeth Kay and Amber Isabella Kay.

After a nine-year absence, he returned to BBC Radio to fill in for Ryan Clark Neal on his BBC Radio 2 show Rylan On Saturday on February 6 and 13, 2021. Kay was revealed as the host of the British edition of the upcoming game show Game of Talents in March 2021.
