In April, she competed in the Russian National Championship. She finished fourth overall and fourth on the floor exercise.
She competed in the Voronin Cup in 2017 and won a silver medal in the all-around category.
She is one of the top athletes on the floor exercise team. While in the team, Vladislava Urazova competed in the city of Jesolo Trophy and earned a silver medal for Russia, leaving Italy behind.
Individually, she won the Giorgia Villa gold medal, and in the final round, she won the gold medal on the floor exercise and balancing beam, edging out the members of France and Italy.
In July, she competed in the Russian National Championships, where she helped her country win a silver medal in the all-around and sixth place on the uneven bars.
She was chosen to represent Russia at the European Championships in 2018, together with other members.
In the finals, the team earned silver, but they were quickly defeated by Italy.
After tumbling off the uneven bars, Urazova finished her game in the twenty-first position. She finished seventh on vault and fifth on the floor exercise in the event’s finals.

Vladislava Urazova reached seniority in 2020, however, due to the pandemic COVID-19, she did not compete that year. Later, at the Russian National Championships 2021, she debuted with the senior tag. She made it to the finals with a score of 57.365, one of the highest of the day.
However, her two-day total score was lower than Listunova’s (a Russian artistic gymnast who just represented Russia at the Tokyo Olympic 2020) and she finished second overall. She represented Russia at the Championship, earned a number of medals during the finals.
In the uneven bars, she took gold, and in the balance beam, she took bronze. It was revealed later in April that she would be representing the country in the European Championships in Basel, but she finished third in the all-around and second on the uneven bars.
Furthermore, she did not qualify for the finals because the other members scored higher in the all-around.
