Adjoa Andoh HonFRSL is a well-known British actress. Adjoa Andoh has been on stage with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre, the Royal Court Theatre, and the Almeida Theatre. She starred as Francine Jones in two seasons of Doctor Who, as well as 90 episodes of the acclaimed BBC hospital dramas Casualty and EastEnders.

Adjoa Andoh and Howard Cunnell initially met in 1994, when Howard took over the bookstore at the Battersea Arts Centre, which also housed Andoh’s theater troupe, Wild Iris.
They married in 2001 after dating for the majority of 1995 and had two children (born in 1996 and 1997).
