Zara Aleena died after being kicked and trampled on by the murderer. According to a report, missteps by probation officers permitted a man with a violent record to murder and sexually attack a law graduate.
Jordan McSweeney, 29, attacked Zara Aleena nine days after his release from jail on a license in June 2022.
Justin Russell, Chief Inspector of Probation,
Discovered that staff workers operating under duress had mistakenly assessed him as a medium risk.
Mr. Russell also told the BBC that it was impossible to assess whether the general population
was safe due to the “quality” of work done by various components of the probation service.

Zara Aleena was killed by a sexual predator on her way home from a night out.
When he was released from prison, he was labeled a danger to any lady.
Clips of the event were being circulated throughout the Metropolitan Police.
Jordan McSweeney was recognized by one officer from a previous encounter who came forward to identify him.
McSweeney was working at a fairground at Valentine’s Park near where he attacked Ms. Aleena,
and video of the attack shows him scaling a fence to access the park.
More CCTV evidence shows McSweeney walking through the crowded carnival area with a plastic bag hours after assaulting Ms. Aleena.
It held the bloodied clothes and shoes he was wearing when he was attacked, which were discovered in the fairground ticket office.
Who murdered Zara Aleena?
Jordan McSweeney was sentenced to life in prison after confessing to killing aspiring lawyer Zara Aleena as she went home from an east London club.
In the sickening CCTV footage uncovered that night, the prolific criminal pursued other lone ladies before choosing out and killing a stranger.
Ms. Aleena was discovered on a roadway near her Ilford house on June 26 shortly after 2:30 a.m.
Her possessions were all over Cranbrook Road. She was half naked, trying to breathe, and severely battered.
A different woman conducted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the 35-year-old until paramedics arrived.
Ms. Aleena died in the hospital later that morning.
Detectives immediately began detailed investigations in the area where she was discovered.
Officers gathered CCTV evidence to seek down her assailant.

criminal mischief, and unlawful knife possession.
One of the stipulations was that he keep his probationary appointments.
After missing two days, he had to be summoned to jail.
