Facts about Zerobaseone

The group came together as a result of the survival reality television show Boys Planet, which aired from February 2, 2023, through April 20, 2023. Participants battled for a chance to debut in a multinational boy group from all over the world (mostly from South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, the United States, and Canada).

On the final edition of Boys Planet, which aired live on April 20, 2023, all members of Zerobaseone were announced.

It has also been revealed that the group will be active on a unique contract for two and a half years before it expires in 2025-2026.

The name of the group relates to the “journey of the nine trainees to be completed as one after their debut” and the “glorious beginning” of the nine members.

It also refers to the “glorious beginning” of the nine members, which begins with zero (0) and ends with one (1).

The group’s name, often shortened as ZB1, also emphasizes the members’ devotion to sharing their group’s unfinished journey from zero to one with their fans.

On April 26, 2023, it was discovered that Zerobaseone was filming a reality show.

On May 1, 2023, the group unveiled its fanbase name “ZEROSE” via live stream.
