She started her career in real estate, working for her father at Tutor Perini. During her time there, she learned a lot about the real estate market and developed a strong work ethic. Tracy left the company after three years to pursue a career as a residential real estate agent.
She is now a top real estate agent with Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills, where she specializes in Sports and Entertainment. Tracy has collaborated with well-known real estate brands as well as architects such as John Lautner, Frank Gehry, and Pierre Koenig.
She is also the public face of the West Hollywood Edition Hotel and Residences, which was founded by visionary hotelier Ian Schrager and designed by British architect John Pawson.

Tracy was married for thirteen years to Jason Maltas, a residential contractor, before filing for divorce in February 2018 and having their divorce finalized in January 2019. She had two children with Jason, Juliet and Scarlett. Tracy and Jason share custody of their two children.
Similarly, they agreed to divide their assets equally. When they divorced, Tracy took control of their home, which they purchased for $13.5 million in 2009.
Tracy’s current boyfriend is Erik Anderson. Tracy revealed in a People magazine interview in July 2020 that she had the flu, which she assumed was caused by a Coronavirus.
At the time, she was in Mexico with Erik. When she returned to the United States, she went to see a doctor to see if she had tested positive for COVID-19. She later discovered that she, too, had been diagnosed with COVID-19.
