On February 1, 2019, it was announced that Reddick would make his Cup Series debut at the 2019 Daytona 500. After qualifying for the race as a non-charter car racer, he started in 39th place. During the race, he was involved in two car accidents.

One was on lap 159, as he was about to pit, when he was hit from behind by Jimmie Johnson, ripping his left side, and the other was on lap 191, when he was involved in “The Big One” (a crash involving five or more cars), which also collected another 20 drivers.

Reddick came close to winning the 2020 GEICO 500 at Talladega. He held the lead in the late stages, but lost it and finished the race in 20th place.

He headed with the regular season in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 finale. He nearly won the race, but in the closing stages, he attempted to pass Kyle Busch’s number 18 but was unable to do so and collided with him.

Due to the contact, Reddick lost the lead and was involved in another wreck, causing him to miss the playoffs. Later in the race, he finished 19th in points. Reddick came close to winning again at Homestead-Miami Speedway, but he had to settle for fourth place after battling Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Larson.

When he finally managed to leave both of them in good spirits, he didn’t have enough time to catch the winner, William Byron, who was driving one of the fastest cars on the track.
